The Chinese Western Culture Arts Association (CWCAA) was invited to participate in the Art Hong Kong Expo hosted by Paper Communication Exhibition Services from May 23 to May 27, 2023.

The Art Hong Kong Expo is the first public exhibition of CWCAA in an open form. During the exhibition, the association share with the public the vision and mission, objectives and philosophy of the Chinese Western Culture Arts Association (CWCAA), as well as our past and upcoming activities. In the exhibition, we also present to the public the works of Yang Huazhen, a national intangible heritage inheritor of Chinese Qiang embroidery, a master of Sichuan Arts and Crafts, the director of the Chengdu Huazhen Collection Qiang Culture Museum, and a member of the UNESCO Folk Art Organization (IOV China), whose works have won many awards. We are very honored to exhibit Master Yang's authentic original works in this exhibition, to achieve and abides the goal of the Association - "To bring the intangible culture heritage to life and let it show out".

In addition, during the exhibition period, we invited Mr. Gary To to demonstrate the  "Sora Matsudaira style New Tea Ceremony" for us. Gary demonstrated and showed us the skills of this Japanese tea ceremony to the public on the spot, and shared the joy of making tea with us!
